If you know someone who would enjoy working in a values-driven and relationship-based culture, we encourage you to refer them to open positions at Penn Mutual.

When you refer a candidate, please ask them to submit your name when they apply to the open position so we have a record of the referral. If we hire someone you have referred, you are eligible for a referral fee:

  • $500 for full-time hires
  • $250 for part-time hires

The referral amount may increase for particular positions during periods when recruiting is challenging.

You will not be eligible to receive a referral bonus if:

  • Your are a Human Resources associate with responsibility for recruitment
  • You are the person to whom the position reports
  • You have participated in the hiring decision in any way
  • You are related to the referred candidate
  • The person you are referring was previously employed by Penn Mutual, or is currently employed in a temporary capacity

If your referred candidate is hired, we will pay you the bonus, provided you are employed at the time of hire and after the referred candidate has completed 90 working days of employment.

Human Resources will determine all awards and Penn Mutual may modify or discontinue this program without prior notification.
